Terms of Service
This Privacy Policy explains how PingNPlay collects, uses, stores, and shares personal data when you
use the PingNPlay mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service").
1. Who We Are
PingNPlay is operated by Eric Ordonneau, an independent developer ("PingNPlay", "we", "us", or "our").
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or your personal data, contact us at
pingnplay.app@gmail.com.
2. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to personal data collected through the Service. It does not apply to
third-party websites, apps, or services that may be linked from or integrated with the Service and
that operate under their own privacy policies.
3. Signing In with Google
PingNPlay lets you create and sign in to your account using Google Sign-In. This
section explains exactly how we access, use, store, and share your Google account data.
-
What we access: When you choose to sign in with Google, we access the basic
profile information associated with your Google Account — your name,
email address, profile picture, and your
Google account identifier. We request only Google's basic profile and email
scopes.
-
How we use it: We use this information solely to create and
authenticate your PingNPlay account and to identify you within the app. We do not use
your Google data for advertising or any unrelated purpose.
-
How we store it: Your email and profile identifiers are stored securely using
Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore (Google Cloud), which serve as our
authentication and database backend.
-
How we share it: We do not sell your Google data and do not
share it with third parties, except with the infrastructure providers (such as Firebase / Google
Cloud) that operate the Service on our behalf.
-
What we do NOT access: We do not request or access your Gmail,
Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Contacts, or any other Google service data. We use Google
only as a sign-in provider.
-
Your control: You can revoke PingNPlay's access at any time from your
Google Account permissions, and you can
delete your PingNPlay account and associated data from within the app or by contacting us.
PingNPlay's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the
Google API Services
User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

- consent, where required, such as for certain permissions on your device; and
- compliance with legal obligations.
7. How We Share Data
We do not sell your personal data. We may share personal data:

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of data and the reason it was collected. If you
delete your account, we will aim to delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable
period, except where retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or legitimate
business purposes.
10. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

Some information may be retained as permitted or required by law, or where necessary for security,
fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement.
12. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for children under 13, or under the minimum age required by applicable
law in your jurisdiction, unless expressly permitted and supervised by a parent or legal guardian.
If you believe a child has provided personal data in violation of this section, contact us so we can
review and take appropriate action.
13. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal
data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee
absolute security.
14. International Transfers
Your personal data may be processed in countries other than your own, including where our service
providers operate. Where required by law, we take steps intended to ensure appropriate safeguards
apply to such transfers.
